
Žan Roj is a dancer, choreographer and international judge from Maribor, Slovenia.
He started dancing at the age of 10 and has since developed a strong foundation in hip hop choreography, with an emphasis on musicality, dynamics and performance quality. To continuously expand his artistic approach, he regularly trains with various choreographers in Slovenia and abroad.
In 2021, together with choreographer Monja Lorenčič, he founded the dance school Tovarna plesa, where he works as a teacher and creator. He is the main choreographer of the competitive hip hop teams BADKARMA and TOKKEN, whose routines consistently achieve top placements at national and international competitions.
Žan collaborates with Slovenian music artists, choreographing and performing in music videos, and regularly teaches workshops across Europe. His work focuses on building strong stage presence, clean execution and structured choreography adapted to the music.
As a judge, he works at international open competitions, where he evaluates dancers based on musical interpretation, technique, performance quality and overall composition.
