Saturday, March 29th, 2025 (Children, 4-12 years old):
Competition: Solo, duo/trio, small groups (4-7 dancers), groups (8+), and formations in various dance styles within age categories Mini, Children, and Cadets (4-12 years old).
Focus: The competition emphasizes quality, fewer categories and dance styles, and healthy competition with friendly support among groups.
Awards: Certificates for all dancers, medals, and trophies for the top 3 placed groups.
Judges' Feedback: Points and comments from the judges will be available to choreographers after the competition.
Results Announcement: In the order of performance, with results displayed on a large screen.
Gala Evening: Presentation of the best choreographies
Sunday, March 30th, 2025 (Juniors and Seniors):
Competition: Solo, duo/trio, small and large groups, formations in various dance styles for juniors and seniors.
Awards: Announcements in the order of performances, distribution of diplomas to everyone, followed by the announcement of the top 3 choreographies on the podium, with the achieved place displayed on a large screen.
Judges' Feedback: Points and comments from the judges will be available to choreographers after the competition.
New: Senior 2 category for dancers over 30 years old (31+).
Heels Category (exclusively on Sunday, for Seniors 1 and 2).
Gala Evening: Presentation of the best choreographies.
Stage:
The stage dimensions are 14 m width x 12 m depth, dancing on a dance floor.
Dancers will have two lanes on each side and passage behind the stage.
EVALUATION METHOD
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 ARE RANKED ACCORDING TO THE JUDGES' FESTIVAL RATINGS
SCORES ARE GIVEN ON A SCALE OF 1-10 BY THREE JUDGES; THE TOTAL SCORE IS CALCULATED BY SUMMING THESE SCORES AND DETERMINES THE PLACEMENT.
CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION INCLUDE: TECHNIQUE, CHOREOGRAPHY AND MUSICALITY, GROUP COORDINATION, AND OVERALL IMPRESSION.

FOR THE PRODUCTION NUMBER CATEGORY, THE DURATION IS UP TO 4:30 FOR BOTH GROUPS AND FORMATIONS.
THERE IS NO PRODUCTION CATEGORY FOR SMALL GROUPS.

Age categories are determined based on the age of the dancers on the day of the competition. A maximum of 25% of registered dancers may deviate from the specified age parameters. Dancers who are older by more than 2 years than the specified age parameters cannot register in the younger age category with younger dancers, but it is possible to register the entire group in the older category.

RULES
- STRICTLY ADHERE TO THE SPECIFIED TIME LIMITS FOR YOUR CHOREOGRAPHIES.
- BE BEHIND THE STAGE READY TO PERFORM 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR PERFORMANCE TIME.
- CAREFULLY FOLLOW THE FESTIVAL SCHEDULE IN CASE THERE ARE ANY CHANGES THAT REQUIRE YOU TO PERFORM EARLIER.
- FIRE, PYROTECHNICS, AND FLAMMABLE SUBSTANCES ARE GENERALLY NOT ALLOWED ON THE STAGE, AND DANCERS MUST LEAVE THE STAGE CLEAN AFTER THEIR PERFORMANCE.
- IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS, IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE RECORDING TABLE AND NOTIFY THE ORGANIZER.
- APPROACHING THE JUDGE'S TABLE IS NOT ALLOWED, NOR IS CONTACT WITH THE JUDGES.
- UNSPORTSMANLIKE BEHAVIOR IS NOT ALLOWED AND WILL BE SANCTIONED IMMEDIATELY.
- IT IS ALLOWED AND RECOMMENDED TO SPREAD GOOD ENERGY AND VIBES, AS WELL AS TO GET TO KNOW OTHER CLUBS AND PARTICIPANTS.
- IN CASE OF A COMPETITOR'S INJURY, NOTIFY THE ORGANIZER IMMEDIATELY SO THAT ADEQUATE ASSISTANCE CAN BE PROVIDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
- JUDGES HAVE THE RIGHT TO REASSIGN A CHOREOGRAPHY TO ANOTHER DANCE DISCIPLINE IF, IN THEIR OPINION, IT DOES NOT FIT INTO THE SPECIFIED CATEGORY DUE TO INSUFFICIENT CHARACTERISTIC ELEMENTS, QUALITY OF MOVEMENTS THAT DO NOT MATCH THE GIVEN STYLE, ETC.

13 EURO PER DANCER PER CHOREOGRAPHY IN GROUPS AND FORMATIONS
15 EURO PER DANCER PER CHOREOGRAPHY IN SMALL GROUPS (4-7 PLESAČA)
18 EURO PER DANCER PER CHOREOGRAPHY IN SOLO, DUO/TRIO.
FEES MUST BE PAID AFTER SEEING THE FIRST DRAFT OF THE SCHEDULE, BUT NOT AFTER MARCH 13, 2025.
ENTRY FEES RETURN IS POSSIBLE ONLY BECAUSE OF HEALTH ISSUES:
